“By the rules of aerodynamics, bumblebees shouldn’t fly”
Early experts said its body was too big and its wings too small…
The Bumblebee flew anyway.
Anna Eaton
Integrative Psychotherapist | Executive Coach
Psychotherapy and executive coaching online and in person in Essex and central London.
Welcome! I’m Anna, founder of The Coaching Hive, a thinking space to slow down when life is busy, make sense of what you’re facing, and find your way forward.
Pushing through challenging times may have served you well in the past, but now the hidden cost of anxiety, overwhelm, indecision or disconnection may be signalling a need for change.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. As a dual-qualified Psychotherapist and Executive Coach, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to begin to untangle what’s going on in your inner world, creating space for you to take flight with clarity and confidence.
I bring over 20 years’ experience in people leadership across financial and professional services, partnering with leaders as they navigate complex people and organisational change. Along the way, I discovered that what inspires me most is individual transformation: helping people uncover their true potential, expand their sense of what’s possible, and take purposeful action toward success that feels as fulfilling on the inside as it looks on the outside.
Executive Coach
Today, as a qualified ICF Executive Coach, I coach partners and senior leaders at one of the world’s largest professional services firms to sharpen their leadership and commercial edge through one-to-one and peer group coaching.
Integrative Psychotherapist
Through my private practice at The Coaching Hive, I also work as a BACP registered Integrative Psychotherapist, offering a therapeutic space to deepen self-awareness by exploring present challenges, past experiences or concerns about the future. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing, uncover unconscious patterns or work through difficult emotions, helping you move towards healing, better mental health and a greater sense of wellbeing.
As a registered member of the BACP, I undertake regular clinical supervision and CPD, working in accordance with the BACP’s Ethical Framework. I am committed to bringing care, integrity, professionalism and confidentiality to our work together.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that, within a supportive space, deeper self-understanding can lead to lasting change. It is a privilege to help clients step away from the noise, listen more closely to themselves and, like the bumblebee, discover their capacity for flight.
